Publishing Principles
Royal Scientific Publishing LLC is committed to responsible, transparent, and high-quality scholarly publishing. Our publishing principles provide the foundation for editorial decision-making, peer review, research integrity, author rights, and the dissemination of scholarly books and book chapters.
1. Scholarly Quality
We are committed to publishing scholarly works that demonstrate academic relevance, originality, intellectual contribution, methodological rigor, and appropriate use of the existing literature.
Each proposal and manuscript is evaluated according to the scope and standards appropriate to its discipline.
2. Editorial Independence
Editorial decisions are based primarily on scholarly merit, relevance, originality, quality, and ethical compliance.
Editorial decisions should not be influenced by:
- Author nationality, gender, ethnicity, institution, or personal characteristics
- Commercial interests
- Personal relationships
- Political considerations
- Financial considerations unrelated to legitimate publishing arrangements
3. Rigorous Peer Review
Publications identified as peer-reviewed are evaluated through an appropriate scholarly review process.
Reviewers are selected based on relevant subject expertise, academic qualifications, research experience, and absence of inappropriate conflicts of interest.
The specific peer-review model may vary by book, chapter collection, or series.
4. Research Integrity
Royal Scientific Publishing LLC expects authors to maintain the highest standards of research integrity.
We do not tolerate:
- Fabrication of research
